I am 28 years of age, and height 75kg. My weight is 5 ' 4 ' 3 years back, And are approximately 55 kg and desperately wants to have in this size.
I was not an active from the beginning and what I think of overweight is alimentaires. Maintenant habits about 2 weeks ago I started a gym and control my eating habits. in the meantime, had I found your site.
I have videos, download, you can publish and we hope to work with him.
But really need to know what kinds of foods that you need to take in the future from this exercise.
In Sri Lanka, we typically take 3 meals (We used to have) primarily rice (white/brown) and épicée. Mais (vegi, fish, meat) curries I don't like brown rice, so usually jadam blanc. Autre rice that we eat lots of wheat flour products.
Today I'm control my sugar and salt reception as pratique. it much am prefer to drink water more than 2 litres per day too.
And some foodstuffs may be described as power plans are available here.
Can you let me know any power plan and exercise plan. j "you 20 permanently, if possible kg, including all parts of my body.

Hi Pabo seen that Sri Lanka have, some food, but actually I don't know what foods you have.
Keep food are away-wheat flour, which contain many carbohydrates.
Brown rice contain fibers, and this is why when you try to reduce the burden, even if the user must still restrict brown rice, because it contains also many carbohydrates.
Reduce food weight-meat, fish and vegetables, peas, beans and peas-hope that you have these food in Sri Lanka.
