I am trying to get a sixpack and I saw some results under real vbs. I need an exercise to lose some of my middle belly and stomach (such as the length of 3 cm) button. The range begins just above in my belly button and ends approximately 3 to 4 cm lower.

If the line is unavailable, try something like a reverse-crunch V or examinations. Even spreads may work well for abs.
