I'm 182 pounds, My height is 5 ' 2.My problem is with my butt and chest can use to work 2 hours day 1 pm in room, gym and 1 hour in ABS. j ' uses to jog for 30 minutes hand holding 4.5 speed.
This is good for Jog through the hold.
I have now after faible. Avant And was 190 pounds, nnow And livres je 181 works from spent 10 months
Reducing only 8 books.
Can u suggest good exercise for my butt and chest.

Hi, you seemed to multiple disks, but I think it is good of entraƮnement. Pourquoi spend 1 hour in abs?
You don't have to spend as much time to only two or three parts corps. Si, you want to lose weight, you need to make sustainable training, where the boy's muscles are trained.
