Hey I'm 24 years Rumi, My height is 5 ' 1 ' and My weight is 138 pounds. I came to your site a month, since then, and then I collected all the videos, and worked accordingly.

These Wonderful years and I feel much better headset You always focus on good food with exercise for weight loss.

My problem is that jadam not eggs and meat regularly as its body heat to heat and falls Early periods.

But I'm fully vegan can I eat milk, cheese and milk production. you can please suggest me how I'm going to balance My diet weight loss?

Hi Mann I recommend diet vegetarian, like this:

Breakfast-3-4 spoonfuls of oat (but actual oats, cereals, boiled with 200 ml milk and add Cass default ¦ es-make bananas is mainly breakfast carbohydrate (only good carbohydrates) and must keep away all day sugar expressed.)

Dinner-must you eat fresh salads (i.e. actually significantly, vegetables are ideal for weight loss foods)
