25 April, when diet and exercise 4 children and without time

It took about a month ago

I have a mother elderly 22 year four, and I'm approximately 165 pounds. j "really need to lose some weight, because I want to be healthier and stronger.

Well jadam salads and circles are working every day, but make it more difficult for me when I was born to my twins and began to eat junk food and exercise cannot, and should have.

Used in size of 8 and now I'm in a 15 sometimes 14.I'm very unfortunate for Them my poids. It could use some major conseiller. Car is difficult to do things with 6 months old twins 2 years and 3 years.

I would say to you the simplest diet-eat meat/fish and vegetables (fresh salads or with steam). it is very easy to follow, because you eat can, as you want and as often as you like, but only meat/fish (grilled or boiled) and légumes. boire glass of water with each meal to you.

Restrict all other food and you'll see results after the first week.

With regard to practice exercise and video are just 20 minutes, you can do in the morning before children or until the evening when they sleep.
